- Information processed on behalf of our customers — when a contractor uses the Service, visitors to that contractor's own website may submit project details and contact information through the contractor's intake form or chatbot. That information belongs to the contractor. LeadIntel processes it solely on the contractor's instructions and stores it in a private database controlled by that contractor alone. We do not use it for our own purposes, do not message those visitors by SMS, and never share it with any other business.
- Usage data — including pages visited, time spent on the site, browser type, device information, and general analytics collected automatically when you use our website or dashboard.
- Cookies and similar technologies — we use cookies to operate the website, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including lead scoring, alerts, and the dashboard

3. SMS and Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text message alerts as part of the Service, your phone number is used solely to deliver those alerts. SMS alerts are sent only to LeadIntel CRM account holders about their own account activity. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Message and data rates may apply. LeadIntel CRM is a software tool used by contractors to manage inquiries they generate themselves. We do not generate, purchase, sell, broker, or distribute leads, and we do not route any inquiry from one business to another.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our automation, database, email, and SMS infrastructure providers)
- Legal authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
- A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.
