These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadIntel CRM's website and software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"), operated by LeadIntel LLC ("LeadIntel CRM," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LeadIntel CRM provides AI-powered lead scoring, intake, alerting, and dashboard tools for contractors and home service businesses. We may update, add to, or remove features of the Service at any time.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send unsolicited, deceptive, or abusive messages to any recipient
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
4. SMS & Text Messaging Program Terms
If you, as a contractor with a LeadIntel CRM account, opt in to receive SMS or text message alerts, the following terms apply. SMS alerts are sent only to LeadIntel CRM account holders regarding activity in their own account. LeadIntel CRM does not send SMS or text messages to your customers or to any consumer who submits an inquiry through your website.
Standard message and data rates may apply. For assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received the message, or contact us at hello@leadintelcrm.com. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency varies depending on lead volume and the alerts you've configured. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you'll receive one final confirmation message that your opt-out has been processed.
Opting in to SMS alerts is a separate choice from agreeing to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, and is confirmed independently through our SMS opt-in page or during account setup.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees, including any one-time setup fee and recurring subscription charges, are agreed to directly between you and LeadIntel CRM prior to onboarding. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
LeadIntel CRM retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit through the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that lead scoring will be accurate in every instance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadIntel CRM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost business or lost leads.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the Service as agreed during onboarding. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
